What is your return policy?
All sales are final! Returns are only available for defective or incorrect items. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item in the same color and size.
If you are sent the wrong item an exchange for the correct item will be made as long as the returned item is unused and unwashed. Please contact us at email@example.com to initiate an exchange or return.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All sales are final! If it has been less than 24 hours since your purchase and you would like to cancel your order, please request a cancellation via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number. We will cancel your order within 2 business days and refund your purchase. Funds may take 5-7 business days to credit back to your account depending on your financial institution.
Can I modify my order?
You can modify/cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order and are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to purchasing.
